Simple Egg-Free Paleo Bread
Ingredients
3 c. almond flour (or 2.5 c almond flour and 1/2 c ground flaxseed or a mix of flours such as 1 cup almond flour, 1 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup ground flaxseed & 1/2 cup cassava flour)
6 Tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cups water
1 cup almond or cashew milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Grease a glass 10x13 baking dish.
Combine the dry ingredients.
Add water and mix until combined. May stir by hand or using stand mixer.
Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes.
Place mixture into greased baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Notes:
*May use all almond flour if desired.
May use 9x13 glass pan and bake longer.
