Fasting Fat Bombs (keto, vegan, gluten & grain-free)
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut butter (manna)
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup MCT coconut oil
4 tsp glucomannan
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp pure stevia powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Real Salt or sea salt
2-3 drops Young Living peppermint essential oil (opt)
Instructions
Place coconut butter, coconut oil, MCT oil and glucomannan in small saucepan and melt together.
Remove from heat and add in remainder of ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Using silicone ice cube trays, place 1 Tbsp mixture into each cube.
Makes 33 cubes.
