Grain-free Self-Rising Flour
Ingredients
2 cups grain-free flour blend
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (sea salt or Real Salt)
I like to add 1 tsp Xantham gum but this is optional. I have found it helps hold gluten-free dough together.
Directions
Add all ingredients together and mix well. Use immediately or store in an air-tight container for future use.
It works well to make this ahead of time so you have it on hand ready to go.
