Cassava Pizza Crust with Yogurt
Ingredients
1 cup Otto’s Naturals Cassava Flour
1 Tbsp coconut flour
5 Tbsp arrowroot flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder (opt)
~1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt (such as Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk Yogurt Alternative or Daiya Greet Yogurt Alternative)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. I like to use my KitchenAid mixer but feel free to mix by hand.
Add 1/2 cup yogurt. Mix together. The dough should come together. You don’t want it too crumbly but too sticky and it will be hard to press out onto your pan. Add more yogurt a little at a time until dough is smooth and not sticky to the touch.
Place on parchment paper or onto greased pizza pan. Using your fingers (or rolling pin), press out to desired thickness. For a crispier crust, you can use a preheated pan or you can bake just the crust for about 5 min or so before placing on toppings.
Top with desired toppings.
Bake at 450 degrees until dough is golden brown.
