A twist on the traditional chia pudding!

My version is gluten-free, dairy-free and peanut-free yet full of yummy creamy goodness!

Chocolate-Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla cashew milk (or any dairy-free milk)

1/4 cups SunButter Organic Sunflower Butter (I avoid peanuts and actually the SunButter over peanut butter but you could use peanut butter if you prefer)

2 scoops Designs for Health PurePaleo Chocolate protein powder (I have tried other protein powders and they have a more powdery taste in here but you can use what you like)

1 Tbsp NuStevia Vanilla Syrup

1/3 cup chia seeds

Directions

Blend all ingredients together except chia seeds. You may use a blender if you feel it is not blending together enough for you but I find I don’t need to. Add chia seeds. Let sit a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. If you think of it, stir the mixture once or twice as it is gelling together to help the seeds absorb throughout more evenly.
