Celery Lemonade

This version of lemonade decreases inflammation and helps your digestion!

Ingredients:

4 cups filtered water

8 stalks organic celery

Juice of 1 lemon

1-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled

stevia to taste, optional

Directions:

Wash and cut up celery into 2-3 inch pieces.

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender (I used my Vitamix).

Blend until smooth.

Strain mixture using a nut milk bag.

Enjoy over ice. Refrigerate leftovers in glass jar.
