7-Up Biscuits (Gluten-Free and Vegan)

Ingredients

4 C Gluten-Free Bisquick or gluten-free flour (for your own homemade gluten-free flour blend go here)

1 C dairy-free sour cream

1 C lemon-lime carbonated water such as Canada Dry, LaCroix, or Schweppes (or 7-Up)

½ C melted Country Crock Plant Butter

Directions

Mix bisquick (or flour), sour cream and carbonated water. Dough will be very soft – don’t worry.

Knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix. Add a little more flour if necessary so dough is not too sticky.

Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round biscuit/cookie cutter.

Melt butter in bottom of cookie sheet pan or 9 x 13 glass casserole dish.

Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake at 425° for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
